OUR STORY
Fi Wi Culcha
The Brunel West Indian Society (BWIS) encourages all students to learn about, experience and celebrate the boundless joys of Caribbean culture. We aim to showcase and celebrate we culture in all its diverse forms, as well as providing eclectically for our members by holding events that cater for their cultural, social, educational and professional requirements. Whilst in our nascent stages, we've had to fight to get to this point, as is the history of our people and we look forward to prospering and achieving our aims through the zeal of our team and passion of our members!
BWIS hosts a wide range of events throughout the year and is especially active during October as it is Black History Month, with our fellow Black societies we look forward to putting on, inspirational talks and a diverse array of events.
We are present on all BWIS sites. For more information on the society and to keep up to date with the latest event and information please email us and keep linked in with our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat feeds!
We hope to see you at our future events and fetes, with so many ways to get involved in addition to our friendly team, it would be Papishow to miss out!
